The Role

• Provide individual (and optional couples/sex therapy) sessions—primarily online
• Collaborate on writing, tools, and product concepts during non-clinical time (for FT)
• Grow in the directions that light you up: leadership, business development, specialty programs, or staying deeply clinical

You Might Be Our Person If You…

• Thrive with ambitious, diverse, and discerning clients
• Bring experience with trauma and interest in couples/sex therapy (or want training)
• Are poly- and CNM-affirming; comfortable with non-traditional relationship structures

• Prefer a collaborative practice and are tired of being in an isolating or toxic environment

Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) mental health professional; Psychologist preferred
• Master’s or Doctorate; U.S. work authorization
• Experience in adult individual psychotherapy
• Licensable in DC/VA and PSYPACT eligible/registered (or willing to pursue)

Compensation & Benefits

• $96,000–$190,000+ (DOE; master’s-level comp tailored and above industry norms)
