At SENS, we recognized the seriousness of this secondary pandemic and our groundbreaking program, Beyond Burnout, was born to help our clients defeat burnout for good. 

Beyond Burnout: Burnout Reduction & Prevention Course

Many people are wondering why they don’t want to get out of bed in the morning, why a job they loved a few years ago suddenly seems unbearable, or why they have so much less left for their partners, friends, or families at the end of the day. What you Get

When you sign up for Beyond Burnout, you will have access to six modules designed for ambitious professionals, students, and parents just like yourself. With each module, you’ll be guided in revisualizing your approach to problems. Through this program, you can cultivate the lifestyle you have always wanted, but may be feeling too bogged down, confused or exhausted to make happen on your own. 

Each module begins with a self-guided video presentation by our licensed psychologists who draw on their years of expertise in treating burnout to explain how it is affecting your life, from your relationships to your brain functioning and, more importantly, what you can do about it.  

Each week, you feel empowered with information and a curated action plan that will work for you and your current circumstances. Once you have completed our program, we are confident that you will feel more effective, productive, grounded, clear-minded, and, most of all, satisfied with your life.
